UpTown District is more than 900,000 square metres in size, with a public park covering 300,000 square metres. The park is surrounded by residential buildings, designed by big names in modern architecture. The shopping mall and the school complex - among the largest of their kind built in Italy in recent years - will be completed by 2022. Today, the city of Milan and its inhabitants can already enjoy the many entertainment and leisure activities promoted in the different areas of the Cascina and in its beautiful park. Created by EuroMilano, UpTown is a growing neighbourhood where people live, becoming protagonists of the Wellbeing City concept and pioneers of the technology that prevails amongst the zero carbon buildings, including home automation and self- driving electric shuttles that will run throughout the avenues of the district.

Whether it be a building, a residential complex or a district, our idea of Smart City focuses on sustainable development, where Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is at the service of good architecture and the valorisation of human relationships, acting as an accelerator in creating a community.
This makes up the EuroMilano vision that develops the concept of Smart City to Wellbeing City, in line with global urban development trends.

The large urban park covers 250,000 square metres and offers its residents the opportunity to spend time outdoors and reconnect with nature whenever they need to.
For this reason, the park includes large grass spaces, equipped areas for outdoor sports and leisure, children's play facilities as well as areas reserved for resident's pets.
Moreover, with more than 3500 trees and an historic natural canal - that has been recovered - UPTOWN PARK offers a precious biodiversity and a remarkable ecosystem that reduces traffic noise and urban pollution, and provides a gentle microclimate in both summer and winter. A large school complex will be one of the main structures in this new district. It will become the largest educational centre in Milan, equipped with indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Designed also for residents, the institute will offer an interesting didactic range of activities, such as intensive English programs.
In addition, from UPTOWN you will be able to reach, the International School of Europe, in just 5 minutes. Last but not least, you will find 3 nurseries included in the educational offer for children under the age of 13.
